I am disgusted with hearing this. I know how vital cinema of my kids are to me and I will tell you I’m wretched that you had to endure this but if you need a photographer in the future, I would be willing to sign a narrow that is just to protect me and you, and I garuntee satisfaction. anyways keep doing what your doing. you can call me at 256 7409102 this is for anyone interested in professional photography.
This is just appalling that someone would take advantage of such a god given oppurtunity. I have only had few experiences with photography but I do have two kids with one on the way. I reckon 200 would be a honest price but in restore you should recieve all of your photographs from that day counting a cd that day is incredible and you can never get it back.

In my opinion, you paid for a service and deserve to get what you paid for. I don’t see why you didn’t get ALL of the cinema taken. They should be your property since you paid for them. And both of your babies are adorable!

I agree with you about the pics if they were OOF then why did she send you the one with the huge hair chunk and not the ones you wanted?? Your hubby cracks me up! She needs to make things right with you

I agree with you, she was terrible photographer at your birth, when i see the cinema less emotions and nearly ur and husband’s face is not here.
No that is definitley a peice of hair. The camera strap would be coming from the side of the camera not the top,un less the camera was twisted sideways and then it could either a strap or hair. Either way, it’s a crappy picture, and one that she requested should have been sent instead. It absolutely covers anything of value such as Kacen’s face or any shot of Joel or Lucy touching him.
Holy cow…It nearly looks like part of her camera strap. That’s a lot of hair in a shot. Ludicrous that she sent you THAT and not what you should have received. What a mess.

I agree mistakes are made. I never complained or had anything unenthusiastic to say about the photo with the hair. I just wanted to show it for those (her friends) who’s reasoning for not sending me all my photos was b/c they were “messed up” how ever I have yet to hear or see how they are messed up. So of way I have doubt that is even the truth, and is just an defense, b/c again it doesn’t make any sense to me why I’d get one and not all.
On the blurred hair photo: I reckon that, yes, everybody makes mistakes and it’s not a huge deal that she made one. HOWEVER it seems really innapropriate for her to send you that one and NOT the other ones you REQUESTED. I don’t know, but that’s what I would call unprofessional.

Most people would have been , ” We’ll just drop it” You want people to know what happened with the part people dont really reckon much about. Recieving the cinema and getting what you paid for.
